SHIPPING

We offer FREE shipping for regular 3-5 business days service.
We ship 99% of orders the same day if ordered before 2PM PST.
We ship to PO Box, APOs, FPOs, or Military Mail Box via USPS.
International orders can only be placed through our e b a y account.

Non-Contiguous States and US Territories:
Additional shipping charges may be applied to non-contiguous states and US Territories based on the item you're ordering.

Expedite Shipping* :
During checkout, customers will have the option to purchase our products with expedited shipping services. Below are the expedite services we offer, and the costs will be listed at checkout. If your expedited order does not come on time, we will provide you full refund ONLY on the expedited shipping charge of your order.

RETURN

Returns will be accepted with free return shipping label:

  1. Order must be 30 days within the day order was shipped
  2. Product(s) must be in the same condition as received
  3. Restocking fee will not be applied if the order was a mistake from our end

Restocking fee (15%) will be charged when:

  1. Customer returns as 'ordered by mistake'
  2. No longer needs the parts
  3. If any of the parts are used

* It is customer's responsibility to carefully pack our products and if the package does not come
in one piece, it will be considered missing and no refund will be processed.

* Returns from non contiguous states or US Territories will not be accepted.

STEPS TO RETURN

For customers, please login, go to 'Manage Orders' under Orders, find the order you would like to return, and under actions, click 'Request to Return'.

For guests without accounts, please go to Return Page and input your email and order number. To find your order number, you should have received a order confirmation email!

  1. Carefully pack the merchandise back in its original packaging
  2. With the new return shipping label provided by us, cover the old shipping label
  3. Drop off the item at your nearest USPS/UPS drop off location
  4. Once product arrives to our facility, expect the refund to be processed within 1-3 business days

WARRANTY

Refunds will not be available for orders outside of the 30 day return policy window.
Warranty covers products purchased from us for a duration of 5 years.
We will cover the shipping fees to send replacements to the customer.
Warranty replacement is only available once during the 5 years of possession.
ONE time replacement for each part.

To start the warranty process, please CONTACT US and provide us the following:

  1. Order number
  2. Shipping Address
  3. Parts that you need replacement for
  4. Picture of the original part(s) you received from us

This warranty does not cover failures due to:

  • Accident or collision
  • Improper installation
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Consequential damages due to failure of other parts
  • Parts used off-road or for racing purposes (unless explicitly stated)
This warranty does not cover:
  • Consequential, incidental, special, or exemplary damage resulting from failure of this product
  • Damages resulting from improper installation
This warranty is considered void if:
  • The vehicle is sold, gifted, or ownership has been transferred in any way
