We offer FREE shipping for regular 3-5 business days service.
We ship 99% of orders the same day if ordered before 2PM PST.
For noncontiguous areas shipping fee may be charged if items ordered does not fit in flat rate
boxes.
International orders can only be placed through our eBay account.
For expedite shipping:
Provide us your shipping address in the CONTACT US page, the shipping
service you prefer (see below), and the date you need your order by. Our customer service team will
reach out to you with a quote and will set up the expedited shipping label's payment through a
PayPal invoice. Keep in mind that we always provide free 3-5 business day shipping.

Returns will be accepted with free return shipping label:
1) Order must be 30 days within the day order was shipped
2) Product(s) must be in the same condition as received
3) Restocking fee will not be applied if the order was a mistake from our end
Restocking fee (15%) will be charged when:
1) Customer returns as 'ordered by mistake'
2) No longer needs the parts
3) If any of the part(s) is used
* It is customer's responsibility to carefully pack our products and if the package does not
come
in one piece, it will be considered missing and no refund will be processed.
Refunds will not be available if your order no longer qualifies 30 day return
policy.
Warranty covers products purchased from us for a duration of 5 years.
We will cover the shipping fees to send replacements to the customer.
Warranty replacement is only available once during the 5 years of possession.

us the following:
1) Order number
2) Shipping Address
3) Parts that you need replacement for
4) Picture of the original part(s) you received from us

Once approved by our customer service team, follow the next steps:
1) Carefully pack the merchandise back in its original packaging
2) With the new return shipping label provided by us, cover the old shipping label
3) Drop off the item at your nearest USPS/UPS drop off location
4) Once product arrives to our facility, expect the refund to be processed within 1-3 business
days
